We spend time getting clear on your goals, concerns and current needs. From there we use practices & embodiment tools to help rewire the nervous system and create new ways of relating to yourself and to others.

So many people like you (and me, once upon a time), feel this way. We've all had experiences that shaped our beliefs, which can often lead to fear of admitting what we truly desire.
These become the blocks to getting the things we really want.
This is one of my super powers. I help people uncover their deepest desires, and from there, we work through the blocks, that will bring them closer to their goals. This might be working with inner child or parts, family patterns, intergenerational trauma or ancestral healing.
